No. RentelFlow is entirely web-based. It works in any modern browser on desktop, tablet, or mobile. There's nothing to install or maintain.
Yes. We support CSV import for equipment lists and customer data. Our support team can also help with custom data migrations from other systems.
Billing & Pricing
After 14 days, you'll be prompted to choose a plan. If you don't upgrade, your account will be paused (not deleted) and you can reactivate at any time.
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. You'll retain access until the end of your current billing period.
Yes — annual billing saves approximately 20% compared to monthly billing. You can switch to annual billing from your account settings.

Swedish Compliance
Yes. RentelFlow generates invoices that meet all Skatteverket requirements, including correct Moms (VAT) breakdown, OCR numbers, and Bankgiro payment details.
Yes. We support SIE4 export (compatible with Fortnox and most Swedish accounting software) and CSV export for Bokio and other tools.
Yes. For business customers, you can store Organisationsnummer. For private customers, Personnummer. Invoices are formatted appropriately for each type.
Technical
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. The database runs on Supabase with strict per-company isolation (tenant isolation) and role-based access, so each company only ever sees its own data.
RentelFlow runs on Supabase managed cloud infrastructure. We don't advertise a specific uptime figure at this stage — if you have particular operational requirements, get in touch and we'll talk specifics.
